Studying English literature in Hokkaido

Hello! I am a 2nd year undergraduate English student, and I would like to apply to the MEXT scholarship to study in Japan (master degree). My favourite place in Japan is Hokkaido, so I would like to know if there is an English literature program in the University of Hokkaido.

Have you tried to contact the University of Hokkaido, or looked at their website? This forum is for Japan in general, not this specific university. The university themselves would be the best port of call.
