Part time job visa plus freelance

Hello,
Ifm currently on a student visa and at the moment I am discussing a job offer with a company in order to get a work visa next year.
I was able to negotiate a job offer that would be a 80% work load (Monday to Thursday, 32hours). Also the company said it would be fine for them if I occasionally took on other freelance jobs on Friday or on the Weekend.
My questions are:
Will the Immigration office approve of a working visa for a part time job and if yes will I be able to legally work on other freelance jobs?
I would be working as a graphic designer for the company and also for the other freelance jobs.
So since I would be engaging in activities that are permitted by status of residence previously granted, I should be fine, right?
