Domestic to international flight luggage

Ifm flying from Osaka to Tokyo and then to the US with Japan Airlines.
Will JAL transfer my luggage from the domestic flight if Osaka to Tokyo to the international flight of Tokyo to the US?
Or do I have to pick up my luggage in Tokyo and go through the check in process and security AGAIN?
First time doing this !!

If you booked it all as one trip. Then your bokking confirmation will have the answer on it. And 99% yes.
If separate bookings. Then no.
