Hello every one!!!!!I have 3 years spouse visa recently there is some clashes between me and my wife is caught her she is cheating me and the problem start I have 3 months remaining in my Visa I think it's not possible that she can support me for the renewal of my visa--i have a daughter and son my son has a permanent visa while my daughter has 1 year visa bcoz my wife is forigner .I don't wanna leave my kids alone to my wife I want to stay here to see my kids grow up in front me can I stay here bcoz of my kids I mean my son has permanent is it ok immigration allow me to stay here need a help please

Your wife is foreigner, so is she a Permanent Resident? Since you said you are on spouse and your son also have PR.

Two options if you cannot renew/extend your current spouse status. Apply for change of status to "work" or "Long term Resident".

Are you working now? Is it possible to change your spouse status to work status? Ask your employer to sponsor your change of status. This will depend on what type of work you do.

If you divorce, you may apply for change of status to "Long Term Resident" with reason looking after/support your children in Japan. Approval of application depends on many reason.
