Ifm stucked at DUBAI all flights have been cancelled due to COVED 19 and my Zairyu Card will expire on 4th June 2020. My status is BUSINESS MANAGER .. suggest me what to do please

Foreign residents with visas expiring in June are given an additional 3 months to extend their visa: http://www.moj.go.jp/content/001316300.pdfIt is not explicitly written whether they can enter Japan with an expired visa, so just in case I would direct your question at the local Japanese embassy.
