COE for spouse of permanent visa

Hi! I am a permanent visa holder living in Japan and my husband just got his coe last week. But due to corona virus application of visa in the Philippines is still close.
For the spouse visa application,
Is there any chance of visa being denied?

if so, I just want to know the reasons why?

If he already has a CoE but unable to apply for a visa to enter Japan, his situation is 1 – (1) on this page. So this means his CoE is valid for a longer period than usual. I hope he can get his visa and join you.

Hi!I'm I'm in same situation my wife is permanent resident and we applied coe now its 5 months , still waiting for coe ,its good that they resume distrubing coe , I hope soon good news for me as well , for ur question I think validy of coe its extended so he can apply for visa when all ban measures lifted , how long did u wait for coe to come ?

Hi thank you all for replying! me and my husband had a hard case! Luckily, i didnt hired a lawyer but i was given an advice from a friend. It took 8 months for the coe to come out! i think it depends on the case .
