Hello, I am a 16 year old high school student and my family is moving to Japan from the US. Since I will be finishing my education there, I have a few questions in mind:
How do I enroll into a Japanese High School?
What are the steps to enroll into a Japanese High School in-depth?
What documents/things are needed to enroll?
I already know that I will most likely need to take an entrance exam but that won't be a problem.

I've got two simple questions which are linked.
(1) Are you intending to attend and international school in Japan or local school?
If your answer to Q1 is local school - then can you read and write Japanese fluently? If so - the information on how to enroll students into local schools can be easily found on the Ward office website in Japanese.
