Finding an translator for apartment search

Please bear with me as I'm not sure what the correct titles and terms are!
I live in a big city and my Japanese is minimal. When I left company housing, I found a rental agency through Suumo. They recommended a translator/interpreter for me to work with while I view apartments with the rental agency AND for when I have to deal with my future landlord. My Japanese friend offered to help instead though. I'm considering moving again, but don't want to trouble my friend. What would I Google to find this type of translator/interpreter?

Well, I easily found numerous information just by Googling "real estate interpreter japan" or "不動産 通訳" if you're willing to pay. Was there a problem?
If you're looking for free interpreters, perhaps it might be better to ask a real estate agency for one. Or you can buy lunch for another friend to help you.
