So basically my name is on my husbandfs orders but im not a citizen and im not in the usa(im in Ghana)
1. is the SOFA issued upon arrival (in japan)?
2. can i go to japan just with the orders and my passport??

How about enquiring the person in charge at your husband's work and Japan immigration or Japan embassy in your country?
