CotoAcademy or Coto-Language?

They seem to link to each other and appear to be the same company, but seem to be offering the ?same? thing at very different prices. There are also some things that are on one site but not the other. Wonder which one is the "official" site or both are, and this is in error?

Seems quite bizzare and just wondering which site to buy it from.
Also, if I do not wish to join a class/have a weekly schedule and only want self study materials, wondering if there is anything else I should grab from the store.
