How to get Niigata Koseki from UK

Hi I live in the UK and no longer have Japanese citizenship. My mother and family live in Japan and I want to apply for a Child of Japanese Citizen Visa to visit them and need to supply a copy of the koseki for my visa application. My family would be registered to Niigata city, is anyone able to tell me how to obtain this from the UK or who to contact? Thank you

EAch office has their own set of rules. And the rules vary quite a bit. Best to get your Family members in Japan to contact the office for details. So you get the best option available to you.
