We purchased airline tickets and paid for hotel reservations months ago. Will our purchases be honored now that itfs required to make reservations through a travel agent?

Under the current system, the plane tickets are fine. But the hotel needs to be book through a travel agent.

Thank you for your reply. We have a paid receipt for our hotel, wefll have to get a refund and call a travel agency? Seems so redundant.
