Look in the Okinawa Pages of stuff that interests you and more importantly location on this website.
It's almost impossible to give suggestions when you don't tell us where you are going, what you consider a tight budget and things that you find interesting.
Okinawa is an island chain which has many islands which are expensive to travel around sometimes. It's like saying I'm going to Greece. What should I do and where should I stay...
