COE process time after additional documents

I applied coe on early june.After 4 months the Tokyo immigration asked additional documents .The additional documents are submitted on September 20.. still now no other information and coe not come (October 21)..how long it takes time after additional documents submission... It has been 5 months since the coe was applied..when it's possible to come?

First of all, can you let us know for what type of visa did you apply? Student or work visa? When they asked to submit additional documents? Without any details, it is difficult to say smth.

I applied ssw working visa(kaigo).. They asked additional documents September first week.. September 20 the additional documents are submitted... But still now coe not come..
