May I ask you regarding about JR Wide Pass could be able cover to Odawara Station in Kanagawa by JR train or not? It is not cover a Tokaido Shinkansen correct.

Assuming you refer to the Tokyo Wide Pass, then, yes, you can use the JR Tokaido Main Line to reach Odawara. The coverage area is explained here:
