Are the autumn illumination times at temples etc an indication of 2022 foliage or are the times the same every year?

If your question is when is the best time for koyo at xyz place, I would look at a dedicated webpage for koyo tracking such as: https://koyo.walkerplus.com/Koyo festivals are decided months earlier and May not hit the perfect timing.
