Narita Express to Shimbashi

Hello Forum,
I will be travelling to Tokyo mid-December and have a question regarding the Narita Express from the airport.
Our hotel is near Shimbashi station. Will the Narita Express only ticket allow me to transfer to a local JR line to get to Shimbashi station from Tokyo station? Or will I need to exit the station and buy another JR ticket?
Also, our return journey is from Shibuya. Will the Narita Express only ticket allow different stations for inbound versus outbound?

If you mean N'EX TOKYO Round Trip Ticket https://www.jreast.co.jp/multi/en/pass/nex.htmlyou are allowed to take local train to Shimbashi. You don't need to get out of the station. Also, our return journey is from Shibuya. Will the Narita Express only ticket allow different stations for inbound versus outbound? Yes.
