i don't know how much it would cost, but i assume i would spend 11000 yen which would take me over 2 hours to get to hiroshima, and i pay another 11000 to get back, do my little tour around hiroshima musuem, i am assuming i'm paying close if not over 140 US dollars, right?

Whatfs the question? You seem to have been able to look up the ticket price and the exchange rate. So not sure what you want us to do?

After coming to hiroshima you can buy
JR, hiroden, ferry 1 day pass=1500 yen
Hiroshima city,miyajima tabi pass=1000, 1500
2000 yen(1,2, 3 days)
Chugoku JR bus 1 day pass=400 yen
Hiroden 1 day pass=900 yen
Hiroshima astramline 1 day pass=950 yen
Etajima bus pass=800 yen

Kansai hiroshima pass 5 Day =15000 yen, if you buy from overseas or inside japan=16000
