Is Foliage Early, Peak or Past in Key Areas?

So today it is 11/25. Where would you say the colorful Fall Foliage is at Early, Mid, Peak or Past in key cities such as Tokyo, Nikko, Takayama, Kyoto, Lake Kawaguchiko, Mt. Fuji, Shibu Onsen, Kinosaki Onsen ot Takayama? . Is it Early, Peak, Perfect or Past prime colors? We want to see lots of Reds & Yellows when we visit.
