It is okay to birth a baby if you are having a student visa. there are no restrictions for having a baby with a student visa.

Yes but if you don't continue your studies. Then you will need to return home as you are not meeting you visa requirements.

Yeah, but you must plan ahead wisely and carefully before making such a major decision, that will either change your life for the better or worse. Make sure that you have enough money, a supportive family, and a network of reliable friends, and in good visa standing to fall back on, in case things go south.
