Luggage size with JR Pass green car

Dear All,
I kkow that certain luggage size allowed on shinkansen and big luggage need reservation before traveling time.
I want to know if I have JR Pass Green car that has a bigger space compare to ordinary car would allow bigger luggage size, tks.

The oversized luggage rule applies equally to ordinary and green cars.
