ETC card toll discount on new year holidays

Hello Everyone,
I have plan to go to Osaka from Miyazaki on coming new year holidays. Is there will be any discount on holidays or weekend. Or is there any special package for one-week advance ETC card booking. I am already having car and ETC card.
Anyone has an experience then please share it with me.

The usual ETC holiday discounts won't be offered from December 31, 2022 to January 3, 2023.
And the expressway passes for foreigners seem to be still not on sale again due to the pandemic.

I think this year again the Government can't give the discount on ETC Card on coming new year holidays.
It would be great if Government can give the discount at least on the first 3 days of the new year.
