Maihama Station is located within the area covered by the pass. Whether the pass gets you there depends on the station your journey starts at!

Tokyo to maihama =220 yen
You will probably spend whole time in Tokyo Disneyland and Disney sea, so i suggest not to use JR Tokyo wide pass for maihama
