I bought a Suica Card the last time I visited Tokyo in 2019. Due to the pandemic, everybody was quarantined. Can I still use my Suica Card if I want to visit Tokyo again in 2023?

sure, you can use your Suica card if you have some amount of money inside or you need to add some money in it then can use it. the card cannot be expired until you have some money inside it.
