guidelines / tips on our Kyushu travel

Please advise regarding our itineray
Day 1
Fukuoka ( Hakata to kurokawa onsen overnight ( via bus )
From day 2 onwards :
Can we go to Mt Aso the next day ? Our aim is to view the crater & Daikanbo areas .
Can this be done for half a day or if overnight .should Kumamoto be the place to book our hotel ?

The next area we want to go is Beppu

Mt. Aso —-Beppu ( feasible ?) - We�fve been to the hells few years ago
. We want to go to the onsen & ropeway.

Any suggestion on whereelse to go ( not Yufin -been there too )

Can we make use of JR pass ? SanQ Bus passes ?
Our 4th day is to return to Hakata .

Aso-san is between Kumamoto and Kurokawa.

Might be better to go to Kumamoto day 1.
The aso-san day 2 with overnight at Kurokawa.
Day 3 and day 4. Do you own thing.

Personally I'd drive for this trip. Much quicker and you can skip Kumamoto.

Kurokawa - Aso is basically driving route. Volcano view depends on the gas density. When it's low, it can be done. Otherwise, wait until it gets low. That's it.

Our short trip is Hakata —Kurokawa onsen ( day 1) ***this was already booked by our company .
Can we do this day 2 ?

Day 2 Kurokawa Onsen back to Kumamoto then go to Mt. Aso ?
Or
Day 2 Kurokawa onsen to Kumamoto then go to Tachigo gorge ( Miyazaki) ? Or any suggestions?
We plan to stay overnight at a sightseeing place after the onsen experience .
Do you have any suggestions as we have only 2 free days before we all meet up at Hakata ( Day 4 )
We only have to take public transport either train( JR kyushu pass ) or bus ( ? SunQ pass
