Shikoku itinerary advice

Hi, headed to Japan next November - it's me and my husband's 3rd visit so looking to get off the beaten path more. We are also going with two friends who have never been to Japan before so trying to get a good balance. Any suggestions for an itinerary that includes Tokyo, kyoto, Osaka and a Shikoku roadtrip? We love food, nature, onsen and in the cities yokocho and pop culture.

You can buy Shikoku highway bus pass
4 Day =8000 yen
5 Day =8500 yen
7 Day = 9000 yen
JR shikoku local train pass=2100 yen (valid only holidays)
