Issues Booking Miyako Island on Air Pass

I am on the Japan Air Pass site and want to get to Miyako Island in the Okinawa Prefecture.
I can see Miyako as one of the stops on the Air Pass "map" however...
it is not an option to "choose" to fly to from the drop down menu for flight departures and arrivals....there is list at the top of a few airports and then a line and lots of airports listed below where Miyako Airport is but.....
I can only book the list of airports above the line that divides the list. I am caught in a loop and cannot get the Miyako airport added as part of the Air Pass. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
