The Alpine-Takayama-Matsumoto Area Pass

The Alpine-Takayama-Matsumoto Area Tourist Pass
I understand that this is for 5 consecutive days, please advise if I can use for the below itinerary:-
13 May morning - Nagoya JR station to Takayama JR station
15 May morning - Highway bus from Takayama to Shirakawago, Shirakawago to Kanazawa
17 May - Kanazawa to Toyama, then Alpine route and Express bus from Ogizawa to Nagano.

So, it starts from 13 May morning and ends around evening of 17 May (5th day), is this ok?
Also, are all the above tains/buses/ alpine route covered by the Pass?
