Fast track - do kids need pcr? 2023/1/8 17:13
I am trying to complete fast track now prior to our holiday in Japan. Do children aged 6 and under require to have pcr test done prior entering Japan? With my understanding they were not required to do anything if both parents are triple vaccinated? Do I just leave the quarantine procedure part empty?

I would appreciate your advice.

Children are not required, but when I was there a few weeks ago, people with children who were not triple Vaxed were shunted to what looked like a separate line where they were screened slightly more carefully. The line was not that long, but was longer than if everyone in your party was triple vaccinated. They tried to send me into the line since I was traveling with my tween, but she is triple vaccinated, so I showed her blue screen with QR code and just went to Customs.

@rkpld Thank you, that was very helpful. Was this by chance in Osaka?
