Daimon (Tokyo) to Tachiaigawa

I would like some help with transportation. I plan to travel from Daimon station to Tachiaigawa station for the Flea Market at the race course on a weekend. On jorudan it says I can take the Asakusa subway line via Sengakuji station and then the Keikyu line on the same train without a transfer to get to Tachiaigawa. Can this trip be done with the 72 hour Tokyo Subway ticket? Does it require a fare adjustment when I get to Tachiaigawa?
