Japan Itinerary Advice

We are (2 couples) travelling from Singapore to Japan. We will arrive in Tokyo and depart from Osaka. Would appreciate if any advice on our itinerary regarding the logistic and best route or sequence of the city we are visiting

Day 0 Singapore/Tokyo
Day 1 Tokyo
Day 2 Tokyo
Day 3 Tokyo/Kawaguchiko
Day 4 Kawaguchiko
Day 5 Kawaguchiko/Hakone
Day 6 Hakone/Kyoto
Day 7 Kyoto
Day 8 Kyoto/Osaka
Day 9 Osaka
Day 10 Osaka
Day 11 Osaka
Day 12 Osaka/Singapore

The sequence of the locations that you want to visit are fine.

The one thing that I will say, though, is to choose either Kyoto or Osaka as your home base during your stay in the Kansai region.
Getting to either Kyoto or Osaka from Hakone (via Odawara station) is very much the same.
And travelling between Kyoto and Osaka is very efficient. As there are plenty of train connections and it doesn't take long to travel between both cities.
That's just the one recommendation that I would make, so that you don't have to waste time checking out and then checking into a new hotel during your time in Kyoto & Osaka.
