Search for DJI fly safe geo zone map.
Select a region (Japan) and the model of DJI drone.
The model is important because of the weight-dependent regulations in Japan.

Comparatively speaking, drone laws in Japan are pretty much reasonable. If you look at some other countries (like Canada.....) which have some draconian requirements and restrictions, Japan looks quite moderate.

One recent change is that you'll need to register your drone with the Japanese government before using it.

I find some companies on google but if they will rent to non residents you would need to check. Search with:

ドローン レンタル
