Can ICOCA cards be used for following buses or they only accept cash ?
1. buses from Nakatsugawa to Magome and from Tsumago to Nagiso stations?
2. buses within Karuizawa, Takayama and Kanazawa ?

No.
buses within Karuizawa, Takayama and Kanazawa ?
Karuizawa: Seibu buses yes; other buses no
Takayama: not inside the buses, but can be used to purchase tickets at the bus terminal
Kanazawa: yes
