Osaka night before flight

Hello our current plan for the end of our trip is 2nd and 3rd June Hiroshima then in the evening getting to Osaka and staying over near the airport for our morning flight on the 4th at 10:55am.
I can jiggle the plans to 1st and 2nd June Hiroshima
3rd June Osaka spend day/night in Osaka
4th June travel to airport
Just want the airport transfer to be as stress free as possible. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, many thanks.

With an early morning flight staying in an airport hotel tge night before sounds like a good plan. So I think your original plan is good
