Takaoka - Gokayama - Shirakawago Bus?

According to this schedule there is a bus running along this route: https://www.japan-guide.com/bus/gokayama.htmlBut it's not clear to me if it's possible to get off/on at Ainokura and Suganuma. The fare table suggests otherwise. The plan would be to take the first bus, get off/on at each Ainokura and Suganoma and continue to Shirakawago. Then in the evening return to Takaoka... Is this possible? How else can I visit all three villages without a car?

Yes it is possible to get on and off at any of the stops.
