Tours for Kushiro?

We will be visiting Kushiro on April 26. All tours from the cruise line are totally booked. Will local offer tours at the port? Recommendations? Cherry Blossoms? I have mobility issues.

you have three options 1) sign up in case two slots open 2) ask when on cruise if they are aware of alternatives 3) copy tour itinerary and get a taxi to take you to some of those places
