Shortage of IC Card

I have PASMO but want to get ICOCA when I arrive in Kyoto this November (in order to purchase discounted Haruka ticket). I read PASMO & SUICA will be out of stock due to microchip shortages. I hope this doesn’t apply to ICOCA or Kansai One Pass…?

Icoca is still sold without restrictions. While anonymus Suica and Pasmo cards are currently unavailable, personalized cards or Welcome Suica / Pasmo Passport are still available.
