Sumida River Fireworks Viewpoint?

where is the best viewpoint for the sumida river fireworks with sky tree in the background and
food and drink stalls all around?

how far in advance to be there?

I'm not sure what the view is, but when I was browsing accommodation the other day, Hotel Hatago Asukusa was offering roof-top viewing tickets for 10000Y.

Please note that getting there, viewing, and going home afterwards can be�c quite a hassle.
There are tickets sold in advance for some viewing spots (hotels like the one mentioned by the previous poster), or those who go to free-of-charge spots need to get there pretty early (some people go there early in the morning, and as Asakusa itself is a popular tourist spot, expect some crowd), and those who want to view from bridges across the river and public roads are encouraged to keep walking on, instead of stopping anywhere (there will be police officers urging people to move on).
For food stalls, Senso-ji temple and Sumida park would be the places to go. They are across the river from the Skytree, so you will be able to see it.
