Ifve already bought my jr pass in Singapore but my travel start on October 2023 & do I need to pay any increase price difference implement in October 2023?
Also, The single train fare, how many percentage increase in October 2023.
What the train cost from Kyoto to fushimi inari? The current fare noted is 150 yen & what is cost in October 2023?
Please advise. Thank you

No.

They don't increase (except a couple of non-JR companies).

As long as you paid for and get the exchange order from an agency, and use it within the validity period (3 months from date of issue), you'll be fine.
JR typically raises its fares at the end of March, if at all.
