USJ on autumnal equinox 2023

Hello,

I�fve read the Autumnal Equinox falls on Saturday 23 September. Is that also the holiday day or would it move to Friday or Monday? We had planned to go to Universal Studios on the Friday but are wondering whether it may be as busy as a weekend. Thank you for any insights.
