Jr Tohoku and Ouu main line construction?

Hello
Tried searching on Navitime the route between Yudanaka and HIrosaki August 1st ( i know its a long trip)
And from Aomori to Haneda airport on August 2nd and
there is on ouu line Akita -Aomori red warning triangle stopping
And for Jr Tohoku yellow warning triangle working
Is it only for today or is it also for August
What does it mean changed due to construction on the ouu line?

There is no information about Akita to Aomori, so it should be operated normally.
Some sections of the Gono Line are also out of service, and the trains are running back and forth.

I will have to check if my route goes between this stations . Where can i see the stations of the lines?

So if i understood well for now
If going between
Shin Aomori -Aomori
And between
Hirosaki -AOMORI
Those parts of the ou line are not affected or even there their are less trains ?

Aomori is not particularly affected by the rain, so the Ou Main Line (Hirosaki-Aomori and Shin-Aomori-Aomori) runs according to the timetable.
