JR Pass

What kind of Train Passes with unlimited using of Airport Monorails, Shinkansens, Regional Trains, Local Metros and Busses, those we could use if we stay in Tokyo for 2 days and Osaka 7 days in the last 2 weeks of August this year.

From Osaka, we plan to visit Kobe, Nara and Kyoto for Sightseeing.

We have been in Tokyo many times but as in Nara and Kyoto, we were there long time ago, in 2016.

Probably none.
The TWP pass at over 10k yen (and soon to be 15,000 yen) has always struggled to be very good value except for a few niche uses.
Given local travel is across so many different companies and pretty cheap, there is no one pass that covers everything (there are 43 different rail companies in Tokyo alone) and while you might use the different subway companies, bus services and some JR lines, your savings (if any) are not going to be very high.

Presumably you fly into Haneda Airport [HND].
(Around Narita Airport [NRT] there is no monorail.)

If you fly out from Kansai Airport [KIX],
Japan Rail Pass would be too expensive for your itinerary.

For your short trips in Tokyo, depending on
your destinations, the area where you stay and your traveling pace,
Tokyo Subway Ticket may pay off.

From Osaka, we plan to visit Kobe, Nara and Kyoto for Sightseeing.

These four cities are connected frequently
by JR Special Rapid or other rapid trains and similar non-JR trains.

Unless you choose Shinkansen or JR Limited Express,
JR-West pass would not pay off.

For your Nara trip,
Kintetsu Rail Pass (1-day) sounds suitable.
This pass works also as Nara Kotsu 1-day bus pass.
