Kamigamo flea market

Ifll be in Kyoto on 10/22 and want to check out this handicraft market. Ifm thinking of taking Karasuma line to either Kitayama or Kitaoji station and then a taxi to the market. Any suggestion on which station is preferable to get a taxi easily?

Kitaoji station is a local hub for buses and there is a shopping mall above the station. Google map shows a dedicated taxi waiting area on the south end of the station. There is no such area at the Kitayama station. https://maps.app.goo.gl/BRoqX3zh7eLqhGLq7?g_st=ic If you decide to take a bus, however, Bus #4 stops at Kitayama station, but not at Kitaoji station.
