Welcome Suica Card + Tokyo 1-day Pass

I read somewhere that a Tokyo Metropolitan 1-Day Metro Pass was included with purchase of the Welcome Suica Card, but now I can't find verification of that. Does anyone know if this pass is included with the Welcome Suica? Thanks!

I think it is quite unlikely because the SUICA card is issued by JR-East while the 1-Day Metro Pass is issued by Tokyo Metro, a competing company to the JR.

With Welcome Suica card you can use one of the three passes, and the third one is Tokyo Metropolitan District Pass (Tokunai Pass) which enable you to travel with JR trains within the area. Of course you can use Tokyo Metro (non-JR), but you must pay for that.

I am not sure, but the page above may saying you can add (buy) the Tokyo Metropolitan District Pass. If thi is true, you must pay additional 760 yen.
