Reserve seats with JR pass on non-JR track

Hi there,
I have a JR pass and would like to reserve seats on train from Nagoya to Toba (Rapid Mie Line). But I can't do this on the official JR pass site because there's a section of non-JR track on this route. I know that there's additional payment in such a case. But my question is: how can I reserve seats in advance in this case?

Rapid Mie reserved seats are not sold online.
So you have no choice but to go to a JR ticket office.
Rapid Mie also has non-reserved seats.
