kansai one pass + haruka and kyoto pass

hi,
I'm planning to get a haruka ticket with discounted price but I don't have icoca.
is it possible to combine it with kansai one pass ? When I arrive, buy a kansai one pass 1su then buy haruka (discounted) ?
1. Is it worth using hankyu pass just to visit Arashiyama from osaka back and forth ?
2. Which 1 is more worth it ? using a Rokko Maya Leisure Ticket (hanshin version) or use hankyu 2 days-pass and buy separate attraction (rokko) ?

A Lot of rail pass exists in kansai.
A Lot of IC card exists.But i always use surutt o Kansai pass or JR kansai area pass in kansai region.Surutto pass give me " peace in mind " to travel valid train,bus. In kansai
