JR Kansai Wide Area Pass

I am considering buying a 5 day JR Kansai Wide Area Pass to cover a one -way trip from Kii katsuura to Osaka (7.240YEN) + day trip to Nara from Osaka (1.640YEN) and maybe daytrip to Kobe (1.260YEN) plus a one way to the Kansai airport (1210YEN). From my calculations (total: 11.350YEN), it seems to pay off but since I am still a little confused with the transportation system in Japan, I am afraid I am missing something. Are the trains you can take with this pass including all trains or only slower trains... Is there something else I should keep in mind? What do you recommend?

All of your trips are covered by the pass, which allows you to take all trains including faster limited express trains.
You can reserve limited express seats up to 6 times with no additional fees too.

*From Kii Katsuura to Osaka
There are only 6 limited express trains a day here, so please check the timetable in advance.

*Between Osaka and Nara
No JR limited expresses here, so please take rapid trains.
