It is explained in detail on this page: https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2361_03.htmlBasically, Keihan trains are not covered by the pass itself, because the pass itself covers only JR trains and not Keihan trains, but if you read about the basics of the pass, you will find out that it comes with several additional 1-day passes for some non-JR trains. Among them is a 1-day pass for the Keihan network, which covers all trains on the Keihan rail network.
