Pasmo for android

Hi, I read that pasmo can be used for android phones. Since I am flying in to KIX I will not be able to get suica or pasmo at the airport? I prefer suica as it can used widely on most different transports companies. I am not sure if pasmo can used as widely like suica. Also, can it be used on non japan android mobile? It it difficult to use and top up?

No, but you can get Icoca, which is essentially the same.

No! Androd phones sold outside of Japan do not have Osaifu-Keitai feature enabled, which is needed for these apps to work. And even if you had Osaifu-Keitai, the apps are difficult to impossible to use by non-residents because they require a Japanese address and - probably - a Japan-issued credit card.
