Senjogajara Plateau Nature Trail

Where would be the best to start the hike -from Yumoto Onsen or the opposite direction(from Ryuzu Waterfalls)?We need it the easiest way physically....

For �geasier�h hike, please start at the highest point and walk down - so please start at Yumoto.

Starting at Yumoto Onsen will allow you to walk downhill, which most people will consider much easier than the other way around. Only around the Yudaki Waterfall, you will encounter about 200 meters of steep downhill, which people with knee problems may not appreciate (everybody else will still prefer it to the climb in the opposite direction). Otherwise, the path is mostly flat or slight downhill. And a little up and down.
